General Notes:
Growth media: DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS

Cell lysate was prepared by homogenization in RIPA buffer (25mM Tris HCl pH 7.6, 150mM NaCl, 1% NP-40, 1% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS) supplemented with 5 µg/ml of aprotinin and 5 µg/ml of leupeptin. Cell debris were removed by centrifugation (5 minutes at 12,000 RPM). Concentration of total protein was determined using BCA protein assay.
