Gemini/Rat Interleukin-17F (IL-17F)/25µg-300-508P

Interleukin 17F (IL-17F) is one of six members of theIL-17 family (IL-17A-F) secreted by activated CD4+ T cellsand monocytes. Similarto IL-17A, IL-17F binds to the IL17 RCreceptor and promotes the production of IL-6, IL-8, G-CSF andincreases matrix turnover rates. IL-17F is also thoughtto inhibit angiogenesis and induce endothelial cells toproduce IL-2, MCP-1 and TGF-β1. Recombinantrat IL-17F is a non-glycosylated,disulfide-linked homodimer, containing two 135 amino acids,with a total molecular weight of 30.1 kDa.
